Real Estate Agent/Company Opportunities
Beginning December 1, 2006, Retirement Communities Online will accept a limited number of real estate agent/company listings in retirement communities not already featured on Retirement Communities Online.
| 1. | To list as a real estate agent/company, please contact us at Listings@RetirementCommunitiesOnline.com. |
| 2. | A listing in a community provides the opportunity to feature pictures of up to 20 houses, as well as any information about your real estate company/services. |
| 3. | Only homes located in the retirement community may be shown. |
| 4. | We will accept three agents/companies per retirement community (five for communities with more than 15,000 residents). |
| 5. | Once a retirement community developer lists on Retirement Communities Online, we will not accept any more real estate agent/companies for that community (agents or companies listed prior to that time will continue to be listed). |
Our Price
Our pricing is $249/year per community if paid prior to December 31, 2006 for the first community, and $100/community for each additional community.
After January 1, 2007, the price for the first community will be $349 per year. The price includes the listing for retirement community homes on both Retirement Communities Online and on RetirementLifeToday.com.
